Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Please note;
1. All items are offered and sold as described. We are able to provide additional details and photographs upon request. Once sale has been agreed the item will no longer be offered and we do not conduct on-line auctions for pieces via our website. All items are sold on a first come basis.
2. We do offer a high degree of ethical practice when describing and attributing pieces offered for sale and will always happily discuss these in more detail prior to purchase. We do strongly recommend that our prospective clients are happy with the descriptions and the item in general before making a commitment to purchase.
3. We update our website on a regular basis. Although items may be offered on our website this may not necessarily mean that they are still available. As all orders are conducted via email we will advise upon receiving an enquiry that the item is still available. We do offer items through other websites including www.ebay.co.uk and therefore items may be available, if offered, through those. We will happily advise you accordingly.
4. We are happy to arrange private viewings in special circumstances where a potential client does wish to inspect an item prior to purchase.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Shipping And Handling
Additional charges will be made for postage and packing. We pride ourselves on the quality of the service we provide and while we use recycled materials all the internal packaging used is purpose made and new. Our delivery charges will be detailed to customers upon order depending on the service chosen. The options for delivery are detailed below.
Delivery charges include packaging costs, insurance and signed for delivery (where appropriate). Within the United Kingdom our delivery is via Special/Recorded delivery service provided by the Post Office. This service covers items up to 10kg in weight. For overseas delivery we are able to offer two options. The first, and more widely used, is International signed for which also provides the facility for additional insurance. Delivery times can vary depending upon which country the items are being sent to. For items over 2kg we use International Parcel Force again with additional insurance where appropriate. Both these services are provided by the Royal Mail. We are also able to offer a service via Fedex at the clients request and a quotation will be obtained and agreed prior to despatch.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order as soon as your payment has cleared. We will normally dispatch your order to you within 5 business days of payment receipt.
Tax Charges
All prices are inclusive of local and international taxes although we cannot be liable for importation taxes which fall due in various countries. We advise clients to clarify these for themselves before placing orders with us.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
In the unusual event of items arriving damaged or broken we will immediately initiate a claim for the loss. We ask clients to notify us immediately and to retain the original packaging. Occasionally it will be necessary to return the item to us although we will advise you of this. As soon as claims are settled we will send a full refund to the client.

Old Crocks UK do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
In compliance with distance selling regulations we offer all customers the opportunity to return items within 7 days of receipt. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding delivery costs, will be provided upon the safe receipt of items in the same condition as supplied. The liability for any damage incurred during transit will remain with the sender and all items despatched by us will be sent fully insured. We recommend that similar insurance is placed on items when returning them to us. All returns must be communicated and agreed with us before an item is sent.
